Every answer here is built from an order record. The records in this demo are invented, so anyone can try it — but nothing is ever invented in an answer, least of all a status. Anything it should not decide on its own — a refund, a missing delivery, a live bird in transit — stops and goes to a person, with the whole conversation attached.
