What do you actually build?
Two things. AI agents and automations that run inside the systems a business already uses — Shopify, Microsoft, HubSpot, Airtable — and work on customer records: finding the duplicates, merging them with the evidence kept for each one, and moving records between systems with a field-by-field check afterwards. Seven companies let us publish what we built them, and every one opens in a browser with no form, no email and no call first.
Are you one person or a team?
A team. Certified developers, working together on one problem at a time. You deal with the people who build it rather than a project manager relaying messages, and they stay on it after it goes live.
Why not just hire a freelancer for $150?
A marketplace freelancer at $150 builds you a workflow. Our price buys a written scope signed before anything starts, three guarantees that are in the contract rather than on a slide, something that is still maintained in month seven, and code you own outright. If a workflow really is all you need, the freelancer is the better buy and we will say so.
Do you only work in n8n?
No. We build where the job actually lives — the platform the business already runs on, an automation tool, or plain code. We will not take a project onto a platform we think is wrong for it, and if a cheaper tool fits better we say so in the written review rather than after you have paid for a build.
Who owns it when you’re done?
You do — the code, the credentials and a written runbook. Yours to use from the first delivery, and yours outright the day the last invoice is paid. It runs without us and you can hand it to anyone, use it, change it or resell it. That is section 8 of the terms, not a promise in an email.
What if it’s late?
Where an agent build is advertised as live in two weeks, the build fee is waived if the agreed scope is not delivered within 14 calendar days of kickoff. The clock starts when we hold everything we need from you, and it pauses for as long as we are waiting on you. For customer-record work the remedy is a credit of 20% of that order. Both are written into the terms.
What if it doesn’t meet the scope?
A full refund within 7 days of delivery, and free bug fixes for 90 days after that. A bug means behaviour that differs from the scope document we both signed — not a change of mind about what the scope should have been.
How do you work?
Noorflows LLC is a US company and the team works remotely. The build runs over email: written progress updates, every decision in writing, every scope change documented. A 15-minute call before we start is available if you want one — just ask. Replies come within one business day.
Payment terms?
Fixed price, agreed in writing before any work begins. There is no checkout on this site — payment details are confirmed with the written agreement. Prices are in USD. No retainer is required for project work — you can buy one piece of work and stop.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — a standard mutual NDA on request before scoping. Client work on this site is named with the client's permission; the implementation details are shared under NDA once an engagement is signed.
What happens after the 90 days?
Either you take it from there — it is yours and it runs without us — or we keep it. There is one monthly now, sold as three rungs: Watch $549 a month, Guard $849, Managed $1,200. The difference is how much of it we do, not what you bought. You can stop any month with thirty days notice and you keep everything. Anything else is a fixed price quoted before it starts.
