noorflows.com is operated by Syed Noor, a solo n8n automation consultant based in Pakistan. There is no company entity — this is a one-person consultancy.

What data we collect
Email address (lead capture form)
If you submit your email address through the lead capture form on the site, we store that email address for the purpose of sending you the requested resource and occasional updates about noorflows services.
We do not purchase email lists, scrape addresses, or collect emails from any source other than direct voluntary submission on this website.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics service that:
- Does not use cookies
- Does not track individual users
- Does not collect personal information
- Does not fingerprint browsers
- Collects only aggregate, anonymised page-view data (page URL, referrer, country, device type, browser)
No Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other third-party tracking scripts are loaded on this site.
What we do not collect
- Credit card numbers or payment information (see "Payment processing" below)
- Passwords or login credentials (we have no user accounts)
- IP addresses for tracking purposes
- Browsing history or cross-site tracking data
Cookies
This site does not set any cookies. No first-party cookies, no third-party cookies, no tracking cookies, no analytics cookies.
Cloudflare's infrastructure may set a minimal __cf_bm cookie for bot-protection purposes at the CDN level. This is a Cloudflare platform behaviour, not something initiated by the noorflows site itself, and it does not track individual users.
Payment processing
All payments are processed by Polar.sh, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means:
- Polar.sh collects and processes your payment information directly
- noorflows never sees, stores, or has access to your credit card numbers, bank details, or billing address
- Payment data is governed by Polar.sh's privacy policy
- Polar.sh handles sales tax, VAT, refunds, and payment disputes
Email services
Transactional emails (purchase confirmations, intake forms) are sent via a dedicated transactional email service. Your email address is processed solely for the purpose of delivering these messages on our behalf.
Inbound emails to syed@noorflows.com are routed via a forwarding-only service that does not store email content.
How we use your data
Email addresses collected through the lead capture form are used exclusively for:
- Delivering the resource you requested
- Occasional noorflows service updates (if you opted in)
- Direct communication you initiate
We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your email address with any third party.
Data retention
- Email addresses: Retained until you request removal or unsubscribe
- Analytics data: Retained by Cloudflare in aggregated, anonymised form per their retention policy
- Payment data: Retained by Polar.sh per their data retention policy
Your rights
Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data (email address)
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Portability: Receive your data in a standard format
- Objection: Object to processing of your data for marketing purposes

For EU/EEA residents (GDPR)
The lawful basis for processing your email address is consent (you voluntarily submitted it). You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe mechanism in any email we send.
For California residents (CCPA)
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. You may request disclosure of what personal information we hold about you, and request its deletion, by contacting us at the email above.
Data security
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers with HTTPS enforced on all pages. Email addresses are stored in systems protected by industry-standard security measures. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children's privacy
This site and its services are intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent.
