How noorflows.com handles your data. Short version: we collect almost nothing, track nothing, and sell nothing.

What data we collect

Email address (lead capture form)

If you submit your email address through the lead capture form on the site, we store that email address for the purpose of sending you the requested resource and occasional updates about noorflows services.

We do not purchase email lists, scrape addresses, or collect emails from any source other than direct voluntary submission on this website.

Plausible Analytics

This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics service that:

  • Does not use cookies, browser cache or local storage
  • Does not generate persistent identifiers or track individual users
  • Does not track visitors across websites
  • Does not store raw IP addresses or User-Agent strings
  • Collects only aggregate, anonymised page-view data (page URL, referrer, country, device type, browser)

Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, no cookie consent banner is required for Plausible. No Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, TikTok pixel, X pixel, or session-recording script is loaded on this site.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Since 20 August 2026 this site also runs Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures how fast pages actually load for real visitors. It is the only way we can see real-world speed rather than a laboratory estimate.

We measured what it sends from a live page. Each page load reports the page address, the referring page, a set of load-timing numbers, the browser’s memory figures, and a random identifier that exists only for that one page load. It sets no cookie and writes nothing to your device — we checked local storage, session storage and the cookie jar, and all three were empty.

Cloudflare states that the beacon “does not store any data in the browser or access any storage data, such as cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IP address, or IndexedDB”, and that although its service receives your IP address as part of any normal web request, it “discards the IP address at the nearest Cloudflare data centre and does not store it in core databases or logs”. Those are Cloudflare’s statements about their own service, not ours.

The script watches for a key press and a click so it can measure how quickly the page responds to you. It records only the timing, not what you typed. We tested this with an independent scanner and no keystroke data left the page.

What we do not collect

  • Credit card numbers or payment information (see "Payment processing" below)
  • Passwords or login credentials (we have no user accounts)
  • IP addresses for tracking purposes
  • Browsing history or cross-site tracking data

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. No first-party cookies, no tracking cookies, no analytics cookies. Reading these pages sets nothing on your device.

Cloudflare’s infrastructure sets its own cookies for bot protection at the CDN level — cf_clearance, and it may also set __cf_bm. These are a Cloudflare platform behaviour, not something initiated by the noorflows site itself, they appear on every page regardless of what that page contains, and they do not track individual users.

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells a person from an automated script. We added it on 25 August 2026 after a bot found the form and sent us a dozen fake enquiries. It sets no cookie. The feature that would set one — Cloudflare calls it pre-clearance — is off, and we checked a live widget in a browser before adding it: no cookie, no local storage, no session storage.

It is not free of data, and it would be dishonest to leave it there. When the form page loads, your browser fetches the check from challenges.cloudflare.com, and Cloudflare receives your IP address and signals about your browser in order to decide whether you are a person. Cloudflare states it does not use this to build a profile of you, and its documentation lists three cookies its challenge platform may set — cf_chl_rc_i, cf_chl_rc_ni and cf_chl_rc_m — which it describes as internal diagnostics. Those are Cloudflare’s statements about their own service, not ours. The check runs on the contact page only. If you would rather not load it at all, email us directly instead — the address is on the contact page and works exactly as well.

Three pages — /airtable/, /airtable/construction/ and /airtable/manufacturing/ — offer a live Airtable view as proof that the systems described are real. That view does not load unless you press the button on it. If you do press it, the page loads content from airtable.com, and Airtable sets its own cookies at that point — around nine of them, including a session cookie and cookies belonging to Stripe, which Airtable loads itself. That is Airtable’s doing, under Airtable’s privacy policy, and it is why the choice is yours rather than automatic. Do not press it and nothing is requested from them.

Payment processing

This site does not take payments. There is no checkout, no card form and no payment page anywhere on noorflows.com, so we collect no card numbers and no billing addresses through it.

Work is agreed by email at a fixed price, and payment details are confirmed with that agreement. Historic purchases made through our former online store were processed by Polar.sh as Merchant of Record, and that data is held under Polar.sh’s privacy policy.

Email services

Transactional emails (purchase confirmations, intake forms, contact-form messages) are sent via ZeptoMail, a dedicated transactional email service operated by Zoho. Your email address and message are processed solely for the purpose of delivering these messages on our behalf.

Inbound emails to hello@noorflows.com are routed via a forwarding-only service that does not store email content.

How we use your data

Email addresses collected through the lead capture form are used exclusively for:

  • Delivering the resource you requested
  • Occasional noorflows service updates (if you opted in)
  • Direct communication you initiate

We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your email address with any third party.

Data retention

  • Email addresses: Retained until you request removal or unsubscribe
  • Analytics data: Retained by Plausible Analytics in aggregated, anonymised form per their retention policy. Plausible stores no cookies, no persistent identifiers and no raw IP addresses.
  • Speed measurements: Retained by Cloudflare Web Analytics as aggregated performance data. No cookie, no persistent identifier, and no stored IP address.
  • Payment data: None is collected through this site. Data from historic purchases through our former online store is retained by Polar.sh per their data retention policy.

Your rights

Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data (email address)
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Portability: Receive your data in a standard format
  • Objection: Object to processing of your data for marketing purposes

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@noorflows.com. Requests will be fulfilled within 30 days.

For EU/EEA residents (GDPR)

The lawful basis for processing your email address is consent (you voluntarily submitted it). You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe mechanism in any email we send.

For California residents (CCPA)

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. You may request disclosure of what personal information we hold about you, and request its deletion, by contacting us at the email above.

Data security

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers with HTTPS enforced on all pages. Email addresses are stored in systems protected by industry-standard security measures. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children’s privacy

This site and its services are intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent.
