Every price we publish

All 15 things we sell, with the price beside each one and a link to the page that explains it. Nothing is “on request”. The cheapest is $390.

Every price is on this page. There are 15 of them, at 14 different figures, and the cheapest is $390. Nothing here says “contact us for pricing”. Each row links to the page that explains what the work is, what moves the price, and what we refuse to do.

We went looking for a competitor publishing a full list and did not find one. Two of the eight firms we read publish a starting figure. The other six publish nothing.

AI and automation

These 12 rows cover building something and keeping it running. The price is fixed before we start and it is written into the scope you sign.

Written review We look at what you have and write down what we’d do. Yours to keep, whoever ends up building it. $1,350 once
One job, running on its own One repeating job that happens without anyone remembering to start it, in an account in your name. $2,550 once
The system you run on Somewhere for one job to live, on a platform you already chose. No AI in it — it stops the retyping. $2,550 once
One connection, one direction One system feeding another, one way, with a check that the counts and totals agree every run. $3,250 once
One kind of paperwork One document type landing in the system you already run, with a queue of the ones a person still has to look at. $3,650 once
The whole chain, running on its own A whole chain of steps that only happens because somebody remembers, running without anyone starting it. $3,950 once
The whole way you work More than one part of the business, joined up, after we watch how the work is done now. $4,550 once
First build One working system, live in your business, handed over with a runbook. $5,400 once
Integration or migration Two systems joined, or one moved into another, and checked field by field afterwards. $11,500 once
Watch We are told the moment a run fails, and we tell you. A written note every month of what ran, what failed and what we did. $549 per month
Guard Everything in Watch, plus the runs that finish and quietly do nothing. Same-day fixes, and changes are unlimited but queued. $849 per month
Managed Everything in Guard, plus we operate it, not you — a named person and their backup, and somebody reachable outside business hours. $1,200 per month

Customer records

These three rows cover the records themselves — duplicates, gaps, and moving them between systems. They read data that is sitting still, rather than running it.

Data Health Check Seven checks on your customer records, and a report with a name signed to it. $390 once
Clean and Confirm The duplicates found, reviewed and merged, with the evidence kept for each one. $2,950 once
Move and Confirm Records moved between systems, then checked field by field. $4,900 once

The monthly, and there is only one

One monthly agreement, sold as three rungs. The rungs differ by how much of the running we do, not by what you bought. Until August 2026 we billed a separate monthly for each kind of thing watched. A customer who bought three things got three bills for one piece of work, and there is no answer to a buyer who notices.

Watch — $549 a month

It runs. I do not want to be the one who notices when it stops.

  • We are told the moment a run fails, and we tell you
  • A written note every month of what ran, what failed and what we did
  • Broken things fixed by the next working day
  • Your accounts stay yours — we hold access, not ownership

Guard — $849 a month

I need to know about the runs that finish and quietly do nothing.

Everything in Watch, plus:

  • We check the runs that finish but do nothing, where there is something to count
  • Broken things fixed the same working day
  • Changes are unlimited — they join a queue and we work through it in order

Managed — $1,200 a month

I do not want to run it at all. I want somebody whose job it is.

Everything in Guard, plus:

  • We operate it, not you
  • A named person, and the name of their backup
  • Reachable outside business hours when something is genuinely down
  • Your changes are worked ahead of everyone else’s

Changes are unlimited and they join a queue. We do not cap how much you may ask for. It does not mean everything is done at once. You can stop any month with thirty days notice, and you keep everything.

What moves a price

Three things move a price, and all three are named on the page that sells it. How many systems have to be touched. Whether the software you use publishes a way in for us. How many records are involved. Where a job sits outside what a fixed price can cover, we say so before starting and quote for it.

The contract terms set the record caps and say what happens above them. Nothing on this page changes that document.

What is not on this page

Three things are missing on purpose. There is no cheap tier added just to look easy to start with. No tier is marked as the one most people pick, because we cannot prove that. And there are no hourly rates, because we do not sell hours. You buy a result at a fixed price.

What you own afterwards

You own the system outright. It is built in accounts in your name, and the code and the written guide are handed to you. If you stop paying us, it keeps running. That is true of every row above.

Seven client systems are published with their names on them, and every one opens without asking anybody.

If you cannot tell which row you need, the written review at $1,350 is the smallest way in. The document is yours whoever ends up building it.

Ask us which one fits

Tell us what happens today, by hand, and how often. We reply within one business day, in writing. No call is needed and we do not run one unless you ask.
