Send me your n8n workflow JSON. Get a 1-page production-readiness review back within 72 hours.
Automations built to last.
Most n8n workflows ship without the production layer wired in.
A pre-flight review tells you, in writing, where yours sits on six production dimensions — before the workflow breaks at 2 AM and you find out the hard way.
Async. Written. No call. You send the export. I send the review in 24–72 hours.

Fit
Who this is for
You built an n8n workflow. It runs.
You're about to wire it into something that matters — a checkout, a fulfillment pipeline, a billing job, a customer-facing webhook — and you want a second pair of eyes before traffic hits it.
Or you inherited a workflow from someone who left and you need to know whether to ship it, refactor it, or rebuild it.
Or your CTO asked "is this production-ready?" and you'd rather hand over a written third-party assessment than answer from memory.
This is the cheapest paid touchpoint in the noorflows catalog. It's designed as a lead-magnet tier — a $247 entry that filters serious operators in and tire-kickers out — and a real deliverable, not a marketing teaser dressed up as a lead magnet.
Deliverable
What you receive
A single 1-page production-readiness review, delivered as a PDF, within 24–72 hours of your purchase.
The review covers your workflow against six production dimensions:
- Idempotency — does the workflow handle duplicate inbound events safely?
- Retry strategy — when an external API fails, what happens? Backoff? Jitter? Max attempts?
- Audit trail — can you reconstruct what happened on any given run, after the fact?
- Secrets handling — are credentials stored cleanly or pasted in plain text?
- DLQ presence — when a run fails past retry, where does the payload go?
- Monitoring hooks — does anything ping you when the workflow stops working?
Each dimension gets a written assessment. Critical risks are flagged. Recommended fixes are prioritized. Next-step options (DIY, hire me, or hire someone else) are listed honestly.
Scope exclusions
What's NOT included
- Implementation. This is a review, not a fix. If you want the fixes applied, the review ends with three options including buying the relevant build SKU.
- Calls. No discovery call. No walkthrough call. No follow-up call. Everything is written.
- Architecture rewrites or net-new design. That's the Integration Build SKU.
- Reviews of platforms other than n8n. Zapier or Make migrations are SKU B.
- Reviews of workflows over 80 nodes in a single flow. Send a representative sub-flow, or ask about a custom audit.
- Verbal walkthroughs. The PDF is the deliverable.
- My private scoring rubric. The methodology stays internal — see FAQ.
Process
How it works
- 01
You buy.
$247 fixed. Pay via Upwork or direct invoice.
- 02
You send the export.
Single n8n JSON file plus a 2–3 sentence written brief: what the workflow does, what worries you about it, and any context (traffic, criticality, who built it).
- 03
I read the workflow node-by-node.
Score it privately against the six dimensions. The scoring methodology is internal — you receive the assessment and the recommendations, not the rubric.
- 04
You receive a 1-page PDF review within 24–72 hours.
SLA depends on intake volume — typical turnaround is 36 hours.
- 05
You decide what to do.
The review ends with prioritized fixes plus three next-step options. Do nothing more, fix it yourself with the recommendations as a checklist, or buy a build SKU to have me implement the fixes.
Proof
Sample report outline
The deliverable is a single PDF, approximately 3 pages, laid out as follows. This is what you receive — section by section.
Section 1 — Executive Summary
Plain-English paragraph at the top. Workflow name. What it does. Headline verdict on production-readiness — ship as is, ship after fixes, refactor before shipping. The single most-critical risk.
Designed so a non-technical stakeholder can read just this section and know what to do.
Section 2 — Workflow Map
A compact diagram of the workflow's logical shape. Entry points. Branching. External calls. Exit points.
Not a screenshot of n8n. A redrawn topology that makes the failure-prone seams visible.
Section 3 — Six Production Dimensions Reviewed
One sub-section per dimension — idempotency, retry, audit trail, secrets, DLQ, monitoring. Two to four sentences each, referencing your actual node names, without revealing the scoring rubric I use internally.
Section 4 — Critical Risks
A short numbered list of the things that will hurt you first. Typically 2–5 items. Each item: one sentence describing the risk, one sentence describing the failure mode it produces under realistic load.
Section 5 — Recommended Fixes (prioritized)
The fixes for the critical risks, ordered by impact-per-hour-of-work. Each fix gets a one-line description plus an effort estimate — under 30 minutes / half a day / full day / multi-day.
Section 6 — Next-Step Options
Three honest paths forward: (1) DIY — use this review as a fix checklist and ship the changes yourself, free. (2) Have me implement — buy the relevant build SKU, linked. (3) Hire someone else with this checklist in hand — the review is yours, take it anywhere. No pressure to upsell.
