How do I get help?

I use the noorflows Shopify app — where do I get support?
Same place — email syed@noorflows.com. We help with setup, the agent's answers, billing, refunds and returns, your knowledge base, or anything else. The more detail you share, the quicker we can sort it out.
How do I install and set up the app?
Install noorflows from the Shopify App Store, then open it from your store admin. In Settings you can set your brand voice, edit the answers, and (optionally) add your own AI key. If you get stuck at any step, email us and we'll guide you through it.
Is my store and customer data safe?
Yes. The agent checks a shopper's email against their order before sharing anything, answers only from your real store data, and never issues a refund or return without your one-click approval. See our privacy policy for the full detail.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Manage your plan from the app's Plans page or your Shopify admin — billing is handled by Shopify, so changes and cancellations go through your store's account.
