Every delivery records two numbers: the quantity on the supplier’s delivery note, and the quantity the supervisor counted off the truck. The system stores both, works out the difference, and values the delivery on the second one.

The forms are pinned in the group the team was already in. A supervisor files a report in a few taps on the phone in his hand.
